A tale of two pupils.

Your first day at primary school is always a big deal, with some kids eager to get started, and other lingering behind, holding tight to mum's hand.

These well-dressed wee ones - brothers by the look of it - were displaying both extremes of emotion, in 1961, after their mum had walked them to the gates of Langside Primary School.
