A wonderful, bird's eye view of the Clyde, and Glasgow Green's West Boathouse, taken in 1965.

A good view, too, of the Doulton Fountain, the world's largest terracotta fountain. Built for the International Exhibition of 1888, it began its life in Kelvingrove Park. When the exhibition finished, Doulton & Co presented it to the city, and it was moved to the Green.

It was moved again, in 2004, when its was dismantled, repaired, and re-erected in front of the People's Palace.

Great skyline, too. I can spot the spire of St Andrew's in the Square, the cooling tower of the old Pinkston Power Station, and any number of the city's colleges.
